Watch TV while exercising or just put on an exercise tape.

Sneakers or gym shoes are mandatory.

Dues -- $25.00 per person for full year 2009 - 2010.

Send dues to Ron Friend at CD-5 (Checks accepted)
     All dues go directly into new equipment/repairs, weights, etc.
